Snow Valley Resorts & Spa Manali, Manali (Himachal Pradesh)

I had an overall excellent stay at the resort, enjoying the breathtaking mountain views and outstanding service from the staff. The location felt peaceful and serene, ideal for relaxation. Although my room was not perfect due to some maintenance issues, the dining experience was fantastic with a variety of tasty options. However, I did face some challenges with the housekeeping team that could use more training in guest interactions.

My stay at Snow Valley was enjoyable overall, with an excellent room upgrade and fantastic heating that kept me warm in the freezing cold. The food was delicious, although some south Indian dishes were just average. However, I did experience some heating issues in one room, which was quite uncomfortable. The ambiance and location were great, making for a memorable trip.
